Quality Knit Wears is one of the trustees of Sree Sanadhana Goshala, supporting the care and protection of cattle.

A goshala is a protective shelter for cattle, grounded in the tradition of caring for animals with dignity, particularly in old age. The original company account traces the concept to the 1880s and the first goshala in Rewari, Haryana, established by Rao Yudhishter Singh Yadav.

Sree Sanadhana Goshala provides nutritious food, clean drinking water, free movement in gated pastures, regular bathing, and the cleaning and disinfection of pens.

Regular health checks, veterinary treatment and preventive measures against contagious diseases support the cattle’s health. A team of passionate caregivers offers patient attention, companionship and compassionate care.

NEXTGEN — Sourashtra Nextgen Entrepreneur Association Madurai — is a young entrepreneurs’ association derived from the Sourashtra Chamber of Commerce. Its 2019 marathon promoted organ donation.

One city. A shared celebration.

As part of the sixth SITCON — Sourashtra Industries Trade Conference — NEXTGEN organised the Madurai Run with 3 km and 5 km fun runs and a 10 km run.

The event started and finished at Gandhi Museum, from 6 AM to 9 AM. The then Madurai District Collector, Dr. Aneesh Sekhar, flagged off the event.

The theme, Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, celebrated 75 years of India’s independence and encouraged the citizens of Madurai to take part.

About the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav initiative

The Government of India initiative celebrated 75 years of independence and the history, culture and achievements of its people. The official journey began on 12 March 2021 with a 75-week countdown and continued through 15 August 2023. The original company account connects the initiative with the vision of India 2.0 and Aatmanirbhar Bharat.
