Goshala can be defined as the protective shelter for the cattle. This concept has a long history in India and dates back to 1880s. The first goshala in India was established in Rewari in Haryana by Rao Yudhishter Singh Yadav. The concept has got its origin in the noble intention of protecting the cattle at their old age since Indian culture treats them equivalent to human beings and the cow is considered as the Universal Mother.
Sree Sanadhana goshala take care of the cows with real passion and care as most of the organizations running goshalas are with the mission of taking care of the cows with dignity and grace during the last stage of their lives. Adequate nutritious food, clean drinking water, provision for free movement in gated pastures, regular bathing, and cleaning, washing, and disinfection of the pens at regular intervals are the routine care provided by the Sree Sanadhana Goshala for the cattle. Apart from this, regular health check-up of the cows and treatment for ailing individuals through veterinary professionals, preventive measures against contagious diseases, etc. are made available in our goshala. Above all, the cows are taken care of with a team of passionate caregivers to build an emotional relationship with the cows. Playing music, talking to cows, patting or other physical expressions of compassion make them feel happy and few goshalas practice these approaches as well.

NEXTGEN - SOURASHTRA NEXTGEN ENTREPRENEUR ASSOCIATION MADURAI is a very young club derived from SOURASTHRA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, where only young entrepreneurs are actively involved and they also hold the name of successfully conducting Marathon RUN in the year 2019 with the theme “ORGAN DONATION”. We, Quality Knit Wears hold pride in contributing financially and morally in the successful campaign of conducting marathons.
Sourashtra Chamber of Commerce conducts SITCON-SOURASHTRA INDUSTRIES TRADE CONFERENCE every 2nd year of the Presidentship tenure and SCC is happy to share that they are conducting their 6th SITCON event and one among that event is MADURAIRUN MARATHON which is organised by NEXTGEN. Nextgen had conducted a marathon in Madurai on August 7, 2022 in 3 different categories. 3Km, 5Km as fun run there by promoting jogging/running as healthy lifestyle and 10Km for the marathon cadres.
The starting point/ending point of all 3 categories is at Gandhi Museum and our then honourable Madurai District Collector Dr. Aneesh Sekhar did the honours by flagging off the event.
Event started at 6AM in the morning on August 7, 2022 and winded up by 9AM.
Nextgen theme for the marathon run was AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV, celebrating 75 years of Independence where we are encouraging all the citizens of Madurai to run Marathon to celebrate Independence Day.
It is not only Nextgen’s way of celebration, It is also a message from our Honourable prime minister to celebrate our 75th Independence widely through initiatives like our Idea.
Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav
Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav is an initiative of the Government of India to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of independence and the glorious history of it's people, culture and achievements. This Mahotsav is dedicated to the people of India who have not only been instrumental in bringing India thus far in its evolutionary journey but also hold within them the power and potential to enable Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of activating India 2.0, fuelled by the spirit of Aatmanirbhar Bharat. The official journey of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav commenced on 12th March 2021 which started a 75-week countdown to our 75th anniversary of independence and will end post a year on 15th August 2023
